Nate graduated Bridgewater State College, now University, with a BA in Political Science in 2004.  In 2005 he began working at NWW Committee, now Pathway to Possible, as a case manager at Juniper House. In 2007, Nate became the program manager at Juniper where he stayed until 2016.  He left his full time position to work in the public school system as a teaching assistant in the special education department. In 2020, he was accepted back into Bridgewater where he has earned his Master’s in Public Administration with a concentration in nonprofit management. In June of 2021, Nate came back fulltime to P2P as the operations manager.

Upon graduating college, Nate was focused on finding a job where he could contribute to the community in a positive way.  He discovered P2P on Craigslist and it was exactly what he was looking for and he felt welcomed instantly.

The best part of my job are the relationships with staff, families and especially the clients.”

Most of Nate’s time away from work and school is spent with his two children, Zoe and Nick doing all the normal dad things. Occasionally, he has an opportunity to go for a run, play basketball, go out to eat, or watch a game.

June of 2023 was Nate’s 18th anniversary with P2P!

“I see expansion in P2P’s future. P2P could provide more day services, acquire a new home, expand at-home services or a combination of all 3.”
