When we are unable to pay competitive & fair wages to attract & retain the best Direct Care workers for our clients, our staff face many challenges.



Our clients will unfortunately bear the brunt of the human services staffing crisis if we aren't able to remain competitive with our wages and staff retention.



P2P is committed to making this necessary investment in our staff, but we need your support.
