Meredith Wood joined Pathway to Possible in the fall of 2022 with over 15 years of advancement and community engagement experience in the nonprofit sector. She has previously held positions with organizations in the medical research and health advocacy, sexual assault and exploitation response, and caregiver support spaces. She is drawn to organizations like P2P that leverage a combination of public funding and private support to find innovative solutions to social challenges and opportunities, and especially values P2P's mission emphasis on equity, advocacy, and community building.

Meredith holds a Bachelor of Science in Evolutionary Anthropology from Rutgers University and a graduate certificate in Nonprofit Management from Boston University's Questrom School of Business.

Outside of the P2P world, Meredith enjoys overly ambitious culinary and house projects, live music, the Red Sox, and hosting friends and family. She prefers to spend as much time as humanly possible outside, preferably near a body of water, hiking with her husband and their rescue pup, or in their ever-expanding backyard garden. Meredith also serves as the Co-Chair of the Annual Campaign for the Stow Community Chest, and the Chair of the Stow Cultural Council.
