Lisa has a Bachelor of Science from Lesley University in Human Services and Sociology.
When she graduated from College, Lisa interviewed at many different agencies but what struck her most about P2P was that it was small, and services were so personalized. The houses were beautiful and well maintained. The individuals were strong advocates for themselves and were so outgoing- you could see that they were happy and fulfilled.
Lisa has been working at P2P since 1996 in a variety of roles. This summer will be 26 years!
The size of the agency is still one of Lisa’s favorite things. She gets the opportunity to know each individual and staff member on a personal level . Most staff will say P2P is like a family and Lisa would agree.
Lisa sees P2P adapting to the current trends in the field in the future. Given Covid and the effects on our system, she sees P2P having to change how we deliver our services or get creative with development of new ventures.
Lisa loves attending concerts, spending time with her nieces and nephew, listening to podcasts, and watching the Real Housewives of every city in her free time. Lisa and her husband live on a peninsula and spend most of their summer at the beach.
