Each year, a staff member will have the opportunity to win the Carol Beard Visionary Leader award. The winner will be announced at our Annual Autumn Auction! They will receive a monetary award and a special engraved item.

Staff member will demonstrate excellence in:

Compassion 

  • staff member goes out of their way to promote compassion, equality and respect in their homes between residents and fellow staff members

Generosity 

  • staff member puts our residents and staff before them and displays kindness to all

Dedication 

  • staff member is dedicated to their job, our residents and the mission of P2P
