Stacey Penniman, MSW
Independent Living Program Manager
(617) 359-5372
Stacey began her journey at Pathway to Possible as a social work intern while completing her Master of Social Work at Simmons University. After earning her degree, she returned to P2P with a strong commitment to advocacy and community inclusion, stepping into the role of Program Manager for the Independent Living Program.
In this role, Stacey supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, working collaboratively with her team to ensure that each client has equal opportunities to live independently and thrive within their communities. Her social work background and deep compassion inform her client-centered approach to leadership and advocacy.
Outside of her professional work, Stacey leads a busy family life with her husband and their five children—four grown and one ten-year-old. She loves hiking during the warmer months and skiing in the winter, utilizing all the beauty that New England has to offer. She also spends many of her weekends cheering on her daughter at her dance competitions.
