Leah andrews biography

Leah Andrews earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work from Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, TX. After relocating to the Boston area, she began her career as a Case Manager at Juniper House in 2005. Over the next decade, she worked at Webster Street and served as a Program Manager at Coyne Road.

In 2015, Leah left P2P to explore new opportunities, collaborating with leaders in the ID/DD field. In 2024, she returned to P2P as the Director of Operations and now serves as Interim Deputy Director. She is passionate about working alongside the dedicated staff and individuals who make P2P a great place to be.

In her spare time, Leah enjoys gardening, volunteering, and experiencing live music with her family.
